The system is based in a secure data centre, which you can connect to using dedicated internet circuits, these dedicated circuits do not share usage with the normal internet traffic and calls are not routed over the public internet as is the case with many other providers. This allows us to guarantee business class call quality. We are also able to provide multiple circuits, should they be required for redundancy.
The system is designed to be easy to use, using a web-interface so that changes can quickly be made to re-route your calls if a situation prevents you from using the system in your office. You can divert calls from each extension number to another office, to home workers or to individual mobile phones.
